Experience

I enjoy the ebb and flow of design and am comfortable partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives or collaborating with other designers to execute work. Colleagues say I have a strong design sense, business acumen, and a calm and supportive demeanor.

Currently, I work at Paylocity as a Senior Product Design Manager. I lead the mobile portfolio and am part of the leadership team supporting the growth and maturation of the larger design org.

Previously, at Gemini, I led a team of designers and oversaw three value streams of work. This required a holistic view of the experience, an understanding of each team’s goals, and the ability to prioritize and drive impactful projects. At Citrix, I guided the design team through a reorganization that changed how we worked. I established partnerships with key business leaders and moved the team upstream by empowering designers to partner with project teams early in the process.

Learning

At the end of 2022, I completed the d.MBA program further developing my business confidence as a designer. I am also a mentor/mentee at ADPList and find great value learning from all different types of designers across the world.
